The Powder Coating Process
Powder coating is finely ground particles of pigment, (the powder), that are applied to your metal, electro-statically, or in laymen's terms, using static electricity, The powder is sprayed onto the product and is electrically grounded, so the charged particles adhere to the item. The part is then placed in one of our specially designed ovens to cure or bake. Once removed form our ovens the true color can be seen.The benefits of CMC's powder coating are many.
